What’s our input?

 Managing projects using a hybrid approach. Using Prince2 and Agile for build and development project phase.

 Producing and maintaining Project plans using Microsoft Project

Creation / Management of communication management plan

 Single point of contact for all communications between the customers and the Company

 Managing Developers, business consultants and customer teams to ensure that all

Milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes.

 Ensuring effective quality and Budget control processes are in place to monitor deliverables

produced against key metrics.

 Maintaining client relationships through effective communication and project review meetings

 Responsible for identifying, analysing, measuring, and mitigating project risks.

 Producing project definitions to include validated functional requirements, scope, roles,

responsibilities, budgets, timescales and resources.

 Creation/Validation of Statement of Works & RFP responses to ensure accuracy of client

requirements and days of effort estimated.

 Creation of Project Method Statements.

 Professional services consultant during pre-sales meetings and demos with potential clients

 Mentoring Junior project managers during development
