I launched Sharley Consultancy Ltd with a mission to provide world-class Project Management services tailored to small/medium-sized software projects, ranging from 3-6 months.  Targeting small/medium businesses that maybe don’t have in-house project management or are taking on a short-term project which doesn’t warrant a full-time PM to cover demand. I focus on fleet management, but I also have a background in much broader IT – software/hardware refresh projects.
